BTH308 software compatibility

Has anyone tried BT308 with viaMichelin's Mapsonic 1.3? I read that the mapping details are much better than TTN3. I have a Tungsten T3 and Laptop running XP, but have recently bought a BT308 for a good price from eBay (eBay sellers are OK, but try to avoid overseas sellers). I am now deciding which software to use. I am attracted to Mapsonic because it can run on Pocket PC, Palm & Windows.

Any comments on Mapsonic 1.3, as compared to TTN3?

Anyone has any suggestion where to get them at good price?
