Advice on best safety cam unit

Can anyone advise on a suitable safety cam detector for use with the PGPSW database? My Mum has a bmw with a built in professional sat nav, which does not come with a camera database. You can download the PGPSW database on this system, however, you only get visual warnings not audio, how not so good is that! So I though about getting a seperate gps camera detector that has visual and audio warnings but would prefer the option of downloading the PGPSW database. anyone got any ideas or advice?
