Hi, Does anyone know a way of using my old Garmin i3 maps ( City Select Europe NT V7 ), with my newish Compasseo 500 ?

This isn't possible. Maps are proprietary to each manufacturer, so Garmin maps will only work on Garmin devices or in Garmin software. Your Compasseo runs Destinator (I think?) and so you would need to buy new maps compatible with the device.
