I have read this thread from earlier this year and I was thinking of buying a traffic receiver for my car. Too messy to keep swapping around from my other vehicle, so thought a duplicate would be useful.
The model that came with my GO730T is 4VOO.013 and is oval in shape & has a power plug type connector. Is there a more recent model and what might I expect to have to pay for it on Amazon or Ebay.
I have seen adverts for £29.99 but some of the reviews are less than glossy.
I must say that having had experience of Navman's version, this behaves impeccably with very rapid signal connection and once connected I have never yet seen it drop the signal. Cannot wait try to try it in Europe where the signal is even better from multiple stations (depending on the country).

The newer mini USB receiver is slightly better for reception than the older ones with the round plug. I used mine today from Blackpool to Coningsby and it never lost reception once, so out of the two I would go with the newer receiver - Mike

Thanks Mike. There are some on Ebay at the moment and I will watch to see how much they sell for.
