HELP Appreciated!

Been trying all afternoon to load/setup POI-Edit on my PC so I can update the camera database on my SD card but not having much success.
I have been following the instructions to the letter and get as far as being told that "You have the latest version of POI Edit".
The next instruction is to click Online from the menu etc... Cannot for the life of me see this menu? When I right click on the "red hand" on my taskbar and then click on Poi Edit I get a screen up which is just plain grey. That's as far as I can get - have tried this 3 times and same thing each time. Maybe the screens have changed?
Can anyone enlighten me.
