My guess would be you need to choose a device which is running a similar OS (so if it is WM2003 then you need to find a device in the list running a similar version). The most important would be to pick Windows Mobile instead of a Symbian based device as a minimum.

Without trying it though I couldn't say for definite if it will work on older devices. Memory and processor speed is likely to be the limiting factor.

My DVD has now arrived and I have created my 1 copy allowed (that seems very fair for £39 for new maps of Western Europe and some of Eastern Europe) and is so far working perfectly well on my Mio P350 with a Transcend 4GB non SDHC SD Card.

On a recent 7 day trip round Scotland assisting on a Classic Car rally, the itinerary sort of behaved OK using all my own generated Points of Interest with a different itinerary for each day and not having the start point as a POI.

The problems only seemed to arise if I didn't actually quite arive at the exact POI, due to the OS map reference not being just right or was on a private road off map, and wanted to continue to another point in the itinerary.

I am back up in Scotland in a weeks time, again using generated POI's from OS Map References, so we'll see how that goes.

I notice that that the McGuider site now says the DVD is sold out and Tele Atlas isn't selling it anymore!
