Problem downloading POIs

I have tried downloading POIs from your web site for the first time this week and have failed several times to get them installed on my new Garmin nuvi. I have followed the instructions to the letter, choosing the satnav as OTHER(CSV) and choosing only one sub category at a time. I have saved the zip file and then unzipped it but I do not get the two files you suggest in the notes. Instead I get one file called POIs.zip.out. I guess the file should be in CSV format, judging from the description of the satnav but it after unzipping when you look at the file it contains only gibberish. This is why when I use the Garmin POI loader it says there are no csv or gpx data files to load!

I did try that a few times but IE did not like it for some reason. However, after your post I decided I should try again and this time it has now worked! Thanks for the help. Any idea why it doesn't always? I suffer from a very slow speed when connecting here.
