2100 has no TMC suddenly

I bought my Navigon 2100 earlier this year and subsequently added TMC functionality. It worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. When I went to TMC options, I saw the frequency was stuck on 93.9. Tuning it was not working, as the frequency wouldn't change.

I tried hard resetting it a couple times, and even set it back to factory settings, but it still won't work.

I'm in the Chicago area, so it's not as if I'm having trouble pulling in a signal.
