Another "Which GPS unit" thread

Hi,

Sorry - another thread regarding this - but I've looked at a lot of units and I'm a bit confused, mainly when it comes to traffic.

I presume that if I get a TomTom device with bluetooth, then subscribe to TomTom's traffic I'd have to pair the TomTom with my mobile? Is this correct? I have a fully integrated parrot kit, so really I just want my mobile to be paired with Parrot and not TomTom.
If I go for TMC traffic then is Garmin or TomTom better?

The other thing is that I then pay for bluetooth and usually an MP3 player without a need at all for it.

Do any cheaper (sub £150) units have TTS without the bluetooth or am I just looking at top of the range units? It would be nice to have the street names read to me, although not top priority.
