Quick update

After contacting Garmin support and providing copy of receipt, they gave me access to a free update and I have since downloaded and installed.

Full marks to Garmin for their speedy response, very impressive in this day and age.

Just one question. I now appear to have some european countries on my Garmin which I'm not sure were there before, but not all european countries. anyone know why this is the case?#

I've tried to contact Garmin again on a similar issue, but the web-form doesn't seem to submit.

Hi Sander:

I had the same issue using Firefox but the form worked OK using IE. That said I got no response from Garmin until I phone support. They gave me an e mail address to submit my receipt and the problem was fixed the same day.
