You are clicking on the blue button with the white arrow, next to the words "Voice sample", and not the words "CLICK HERE" to the right, aren't you?

Ah.. i see now... 
When you click the icon as Antia describes your default Media Player should open on your pc and play the sound. |

| when I click on the blue button with the white arrow it opens a small box in the top left hand of my computer with a small red cross in it and nothing else no sound nothing. |

It sounds as if it could be a problem with the media player on your computer. What do you usually use to play sound files?
