Hi,

I have a IPAQ 5450 with a fortuna clip on which I bought primarily to use for in car nav.

However I would like to use it for Geocaching. Which generally involves puting in coordinates walking to that point putting in some more until you get a specific point. Sounds a little sad but I think the excercise would do me good.

What I would like to know is - What software would people recommend for this kind of activity on this setup. I currently use Car Pilot for the car nav. which does have a 'walking' mode. but I'm not sure as to the appropriateness for geochaching use.

Any help would be appreciated

Assuming you are in the UK have a look at MemoryMap - we also have some reviews of topographical software in our reviews section

Welcome to the world of geocaching. The best place to find links for geocaching software is http://www.geocaching.com/links/.
