Hi all,

I had an issue on my new RIder 2 where Live services weren't working and reporting "This content is protected for exclusive use on another device". I logged the call on the CS line, got an e-mail straight back to try some things (delete all bluetooth pairings,rest TTR and reset mobile) which didn't work, and got a mail back first thing next morning where 2nd line had reset my account and hey presto, it all works.

Contrary to others, my experience with Customer Services was quite good.
