landmark view 3D on Navigon 2200

Hi

Downloaded Landmark view 3d for the Navigon 2200 this morning, straight from the navigon site. Downloaded ok and installed on the unit using Navigon Fresh.
The instuctions then said do a reboot of the unit, which I did. But going into a demo of a route to BiG Ben or Westminster, or London eye I was expecting to see the Landmarks in a 3d view as per all the screenshots.


Question ..do I have to be navigating for these to show up ?
Or should Demo to destination also show them ?

So I wrote to Navigon support about the problem, seems that becuase I have my new 2200 up todate with the latest Q4 Maps that the Landmark View 3D only works with Q3 Maps, although no mention of this on the site when I "purchased it" and only the choice of one version of Landmark view 3d, I also told them that during a demo run to London eye it worked on 3D POI's
once but not since ...they did not seem interested in that. I have now asked if if they would provide Q4 support for the product that I bought ...but no answer....
