He says it's when he tries to use "operate my Go".
Gary...That's normal... TomTom always release new software and only then do they think "Oooh... maybe we better write the .dll support file for Home.
It usually takes a week or two for them to get their act together. Keep trying and one day Home will suddenly launch into action and download the file (once its available).
... and check your clock!
(EDIT: I'm SURE you hadn't posted when I did Mike... I reckon you have a different forum clock to the rest of us!) |

Updated to 8.301 today:
my GO730 now refuses to be found by my PC and Laptop until I do a soft reset, once I undock I have to reset it again before it can be found again.
It works OK as a stand alone unit and works OK with the PC after a reset
Sent a query to TT and got a reply inside an hour but they only suggested I try another cable, port or PC, I had already told them I had done this in my original query. Don't they read the queries! _________________ (GO 730)(One v2 New ED) and still no wiser |

Connection to PC is cured, took a quick trip up the road, no probs, in fact it looks to be a little faster on the touch screen reaction. _________________ (GO 730)(One v2 New ED) and still no wiser |
