A number of roads in Edinburgh are only open on some days of the week or at certain times of day.

Two examples are:
- The Cowgate which is closed to traffic between 10pm and 5am (and has been since 2001 due to a fatal road accident outside the many nightclubs on the street). See http://news.scotsman.com/latestnews/One-in-five-drivers-ignoring.2300288.jp for some details
- Holyrood Park which is closed to traffic on Sundays. See http://www.historic-scotland.gov.uk/holyrood-park-sundays-road-closures.pdf for the map and http://www.historic-scotland.gov.uk/index/places/propertyresults/propertydetail.htm?PropID=PL_125&PropName=Holyrood%20Park for the times

I'm really disappointed to see that such data isn't incorporated into the Tomtom device, especially as IQ routes could define a road as being closed at certain times of day or night. Anyone else like to see this as a feature.....?

It could easily be included in HD Traffic, but they seem to be having trouble getting ANY closed roads to open again at the moment!

As seen HERE or HERE

I know a road in Exeter which is one-way for 2 hours in the morning, and one-way in the opposite direction for 2 hours in the afternoon. For the other 20 hours of the day it is two-way. I can't remember if it does anything different at weekends!

Now there's a challenge to HD Traffic and/or IQ routing!
