HUGE Cam?A406 NORTH CIRCULAR / REGENTS PARK RD / FINCHLEY RD

Hi Guys

I am just in London for 2 weeks as I live in Sydney and use this site to update my tom tom at home.

Just saw a HUGE camera on the corner of Finchley Rd and the North Circular in temple Fortune together with a smaller Camera with a red front. What the hell is this camera?????

I have never seen anything like this and I have to say even though I am a Londoner but left here 12 years a go, London has an INSANE amount of Cameras...

Sorry if this has been posted but i could not find anything on this camera.
