| According to the book Traffic settup is in TOOLS - SETTINGS - TRAFFIC but that does not exist in my unit. I know the traffic works because I have seen it on the screen when the anntena is plugged in and the little Traffic Icon apears on the screen. |

Can you check it's not on a second page of options. Usually there are up and down arrows at the bottom right corner to turn "pages" of options.
Also according to the manual Tools, Settings, Traffic is only for adding or removing subscriptions.
Traffic options are available by touching the Traffic icon on the map. There are 3 options - To Manually Avoid Traffic On Your Route, Viewing The Traffic Map and Viewing Traffic Delays. All 3 options start with "1. On the map page, touch the Traffic Icon"

Thanks for that info, I did some more checking and found that the Traffic setting in options is only there when the traffic system is working so I checked it on the way to work this morning and found the Traffic settings button had apeared on the options page |
