| After the saga of missing sound, which I appear to have resolved, I have noticed that in the "Quick Menu" for some reason there is now no option for "Report Safety Camera". I have reset everything but it won't show up. It's the only thing missing from this menu. I have 2 other 520's to hand that show it even from resets. I copied the entire files across from one of them (minus the map) but nope, still missing. All the files in the map appear to line up with the "working" 520's so I don't know what else to try. Any ideas folks???? |

That option should only be available on a device with a TT PLUS Services Subscription for their safety camera service.

On the device that isn't showing the report camera button in the short cut menu how many icons have you got displayed when you touch the short cut key from the main screen?
You can only have six showing at any one time, if you want to have the add speed camera icon on the navigation screen instead of the green arrow make sure the only item selected in Change Preferences/ Quick Menu Preferences is the "Report Safety Camera" option - Mike |

Sorry about the delay in replying. Via "Tom Tom Services" when hitting the cameras icon nothing happened because the cameras from a Tom Tom Home download didn't make it to the device so, and somewhat long winded" they had to be re downloaded, this time they arrived, and after hitting the camera icon I could access the six options there and, the option for reporting safety cameras however the sound now, for some reason, needs to be at 100% instead of the more than adequate 75%. Any thoughts? |
