Postcode Update for early TOM TOM GO GPS

Hello,

I have an early TOM TOM GO GPS system which is about 4 years old. As time is going on, I am finding that I need to have the facility to search using a postcode, but my GPS is not set up for this function . Just wondering if anyone could advise me if I can download a new program to enable me to do this or pay for an update via TOM TOM HOME or if I need to buy a new and more recent TOM TOM device.
