NOKIA SOFTWARE PROBLEM

I have a Nokia 5210 and have downloaded the speed cam operating system which works with Nokia Maps, all fine so far, I have also loaded the OLD POCKET GPS FILE to try it out (An old pocketgps_uk_sc.csv file that can be used to try out the application is available free in: http://www.pocketgpspoi.com/downloads/pocketgps_uk_sc_oct05.zip) as recommended and followd the instruction to install it as a renamed file speedcam.txt in the speedcam folder.

None of the camera warnings are given, I guess indicating that the data base is not loaded properly or not able to be read.
