Tried to do a search but it was difficult to choose the search words. I have Home on two computers. On one of them, Home has stopped recognising my 920T. When I connect the 920, Home pops up from the system tray so it realises the device is there and it is visible in Explorer. But Device stays greyed out. Uninstalled and re-installed Home but still no good. Any ideas before I try TT support?
TIA

If the PC is seeing the device via Windows Explorer and Home doesn't start I would try removing Home from the rouge PC and download a fresh version to install from the TomTom Web site (click Here - Mike |

Thanks, Mike, I'll try that when I get home.
By the way, your sig has been saying 'New toy soon - ByeBye HTC' for some time now. Have you got your new toy, yet? Let's hear about it! I recently replaced an HTC with an X1. :-) |

Only just had a chance to try. Uninstalled, restarted the computer and redownloaded Home. Still not seeing the 920. Any ideas please?
