I added a 30 MPH camera on the GO940 by using the report safety camera icon and it created files called reported safety cameras.ov2 and reported safety cameras.bmp. However with these files present my added POIs started displaying the incorrect icons on the map and in the screens when managing POIs.
I tried a few restarts and icons swapped around again. On deleting the reported cameras files, everything returned to normal but these files reappeared without me doing anything. I deleted them again and restored mapsettings.cfg which had grown by around 5kb and it seems OK again. |

For interest's sake, what exactly was happening? Which icons were wrong? Were they swapping with the one for reported cameras? |

For example a 40mph specs camera would show a 50mph mobile icon and a red light camera as a BT Openzone icon. The warnings were correct so it was the icon files being incorrectly displayed rather than the wrong POI at a spot. |
