Great to hear Trevor, but for the life of me I cannot understand why we have to ask, you would have thought they would offer it as a follow up step seeing as we had paid for it.

I started to download the new map last evening. However after downloading for about one hour I was called out to my place of work. Not knowing when I would return home I decided to abort the installation and start again this morning.
When I connected today I was delighted to find that ‘Home’ resumed the download from the point where I aborted. This is great news for people like myself who have slow internet speeds. I remember when I was downloading v720 (it took hours) I lost the connection with just a few minutes to go. Yes, Tomtom have now gone up in my estimation.
Well, perhaps that’s overdoing it a bit.

I noticed that was a new feature of 2.5 TTH. I am, however, amazed it actually worked... Laughing Out Loud
