HTC Touch HD (HTC original..not Orange.)

I've been struggling to install TT6 on my new toy with no luck. TT Home shows the application and UK map installed, but on power up, basically nothing. Any pointers please ? Thanks.

I had the same problem and threw the towel in. It would attempt to load then stop with a memory access error. It is likely to be a version incompatibility issue.

Versions reported to work are listed here. But, the list may not be complete.

Just to give you some assurance, I have it working fine on my non-Orange HTC Touch HD. I used version V7.910.9185 and it went it like a dream. I then purchased the v815 UK maps and now a happy bunny :-)

I have also upgrade the version of .Net to 3.5 as that is meant to help the general system run a lot better. Check out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=460006 for other general tips on making sure everything else is OK for the Touch HD :-)
