| I have paid £19.99 (paypal shows the payment complete) and have the email receipt. I have also subscribed to the newsletter. However, I am still being told that I have done neither of these things and I can't download the spped camera database. Why is this? |

Thanks. I'll try that. I followed all of the sites own suggested places to post but ended up at dead ends in most cases.
