I emailed this company on Tuesday 06/04/04 asking for a callback after 1900. I was called at about 1925 and spoke to a gent named Hunter Abbott discussing options, especially delivery details, as there was only 1 option I could think of which would permit delivery prior to going away for a while. Placed my order for an Origin b2 for delivery today (Thursday 08/04). Yesterday, Wednesday, I received a call at about 1830 from Mr Abbott identifying a difficulty that had occured. After discussing all options and thinking of probable order cancellation, Mr Abbott offered a solution at about 1945 hours which was to get the delivery to an alternate (business) address before 1200 today. I accepted - no extra charge to me - but explained that if it could not appear before 1600 today, then I would ask that the package be returned. I was "on the road" until 1240 and when checking with Site Security (my chosen destination) on my return, it was there and had been "for some time". I must confess to being somewhat taken aback and extremely pleased with this level of customer advice and service. It's my first order with this company but, on a sample of 1, I would have absolutely no hesitation in using their services again. So well done nav-now, I would not have expected this level of "Customer Care" and such short order delivery! Good luck with your business, you really do deserve both this accolade and success in future.
