Hi. Probably a daft question, but is the iPaq h4150 compatible with Tomtom Navigator 3? The comparison chart shows 'untested' next to the 4150.

It's a standard ARM device, so there should be no surprises with TT3.

yes. check the comparison database ("Compare Hardware" link on the left) to see the compatibility matrix
