TT3- Routing algorithm and ETA

I have noticed with TT3 that it is producing different routes to TT3 - both on Strict Calaculation and both using roads that exist in both versions.

Does anyone know why the algorithm has changed - and has it improved or got worse,

Secondly TT2 used to provide IME an accuate ETA for both local journeys and short trips. TT3 not estimates longer journey times, and overestimates on short trips. i.e estimates 11min55 and get there in 5!

Has anyone experienced this?

Perhaps we should compares some route using the default speeds set in tomtom for both V2 and V3?

Maybe they have changed the default speeds in TT3?
