Problem setting up hands free phone on TT GO520

I have just had to upgrade to a later model (520) seeing that my ancient 700 had given up the ghost. I have managed to get the TomTom to recognise the phone and it will dial out. Only problem is I cannot hear it on the TomTom.

Volume control is set at 100% but I must assume that this is the vloume control which controls the normal satnav volume.

Is there a second control for phone volume?

Make a call using the device then tap the lower left corner of the screen while you are in the call, this will then set the volume applicable to the handsfree mode which otherwise remains hidden - Mike

Thanks mikealder, my first 720T was exchanged at Comet when it developed another fault, and this second one has always been much quieter than the first, almost to the point of making it unusable under normal driving conditions. I've just accessed the hidden volume control only to discover it's set at 65% compared to the usual volume control which is at 90%. You've solved my problem "just like that", as Tommy Cooper would say.
