Can someone have a look and see what version of the UK traffic database they have. My subscription is showing correctly but as I only subscribed for the first time a few days ago I dont know if there are no updates since my initial download or if I am not getting them for some reason.
I am getting alerts for cameras on the opposite side of dual carriageways which I have been told should not happen so I suspect something is wrong. |

Thanks that is the same version that I have.
I guess it not alerting you to cameras on the opposite side of dual carriageways hasnt been implemented on all roads yet. |

I've been having the same problem with my traffc subscription. Stopped working about a month ago saying my sub had expired (although it's current until April 2009).
Had a couple of email replies from TT support, but with no fix. However, yesterday the traffic service just started working again. No change to my 530 or phone settings and nothing on the "My Tomtom" pages to say my problem had been dealt with - in fact the call is still open with status "Research".
Don't know if I should tell them in case they do something and mess up my traffic service again!!!!! 
Anyone else's started working?

| The last message I got back from them was on Friday when they said the service had been fixed so I assume it should all be ok for everyone now. If its not then probably best to contact them again. |

| mine to has started working, (with nokia N95-2) 2 days in a row!! lets hope it stays that way! now i just need to get the lost month back off tomtom. |
