I take it that now the format of the temporary camera files have been changed so that a 't' now preceedes the file, the ogg files and bmp files will need to be updated?

No? Although they are prefixed in the data, they sit in the correct file for each type i.e. a Temp 30mph GATSO will sit in the GATSO 30 file so there is no need for new voice files.

Don't forget that now there is no separate "Temp" category, you may need to delete last month's "Temp" file as it will not get overwritten by a new one this month.

As Andy_P says, if the files you download do not have a TEMP file then you will need to remove the old one. However, some download sets will still contain a TEMP file while some further programming changes are made. Next release will come with a notice to remove the TEMP file as it will all be sorted by then.
All the cameras from the TEMP category have been moved to the relevant file now so even if you do still have the TEMP file installed you will not get any spurious warnings...!
