Ok Dennis, It's probably because I'm nearly as old as you, but obviously my memory, powers of observation and skills with the search engine are not as good as yours. I wonder if this post will stretch it to five pages. The record in the referenced threads is 8 pages I doubt if we can keep it going that long, but who knows.

It's probably because I'm nearly as old as you, but obviously my memory, powers of observation and skills with the search engine are not as good as yours.
