Here's a thought, why don't we have a POI file for all the junctions where the Tom Tom data is known to be wrong.
For example all the junctions around the M6 Toll road that are now broken in the mapping database could have a Skull and cross bones symbol on the map to warn you that navigation instructions may be wrong. In fact we could set a POI warner to say "new junction layout ahead"
The database could be broken down into major and minor junctions to ensure it doesn't get too big.
The relative success of such a system could show Tomtom and tele atlas how important users feel accurate data is.
And teleatlas can use it to drive themselves to the M6 to confirm it's really there! :P

What does everyone else think?

Whilst I'm haveing a whinge...
It strikes me that appart from waypoints TTN3 has nothing in it that couldn't have been added to version 2. ie New maps and Major roads of europe as another country.

In fact 90 percent of the reason to upgrade has been supplied by another company, teleatlas.

I think TT staff were so busy with "TT to go" that they only had a couple of weeks left at the end of the year to devote to TT3 so they changed the icons a bit added waypoints and changed the map data so you couldn't just ask for updated maps. :x

Well ok, I was useing the M6 as a current topical example and it appears as if somone has already thought of that and mapped it out.
But the basic idea still stands is it worth having a POI for new or amended junctions?
