I have a month left of my traffic subscription but notice they have a special offer on at the moment. If I were to renew now would I have 13 months or would I just have the 12 months from now?
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. |

They have always said any remaining subscription will be tagged to the new one so you should get 13 months, quite a few forum members have found this problematic though, so if you need to call them the number is 0845 161 0009 - Mike |

If you do contact TomTom don't expect to get any sense from them. Unfortunately I'm another victim of the PLUS services fiasco - the traffic subscription I bought on 1st Oct is currently showing up as expired in June 2005. TomTom just say they are trying to fix it "as soon as possible". They give the impression they haven't a clue as to what's going on. If anything goes tits-up they just try to fob you off instead of doing anything constructive. Very, very poor! |
