I have had a tomtom one for years, never had any problems till the last update. It has started getting location wrong like Andy says. It's a bug in the software. |

Hi sbuckler
Surely, if the problem was caused by a bug in the software then we would all fall victim to the GPS shift.
What is the cause, pass. _________________ Tomtom Go 720.

The person who figures out:
1. Why the drift happens for some
2. Why some units are turning on by themselves
will replace Leonard DiCaprio as "King of the World"
(well, you had to have seen the movie, Titanic ) _________________ David |

Just done a clearflash...
Thought I'd try that on its own first before I go through the pain of a "restore factory settings" (I'm assuming that doing one of those and then replacing the settings from a backup, kind of defeats the object?)

Forgot to reply to this one... nope it's been quite cool. |
