But as we’re losing ad-revenue from this then why not make a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!

A Community Call-to-Action! We are aware that a substantial proportion of the PocketGPSWorld.com community is made up from within the SatNav industry itself. If you're an industry insider we'd like to ask you an impertinent question:
Does the company you work for use out of date or just plain incorrect speed camera data? A quick look around the forums on this site (in fact any GPS related site) suggests that most do. If you recognise that your company is guilty of this, I'm sure you know that it is damaging their brand.
If you're a regular to this site, you'll also know that the PocketGPSWorld.com database, the first ever comprehensive one of its kind, is widely regarded as the most trusted and best available. We are regularly told that others cannot compete for volume and accuracy.
This is because we receive several thousand notifications of new, deleted and altered cameras each month from our fast growing 250,000 member community and, of course, our own team at PocketGPSWorld.com. We take not one of these submissions on trust - all locations are visited and physically checked by our dedicated team of verifiers or more than one submitting member (often several) for each camera position.
There are currently over 13,000 cameras in the database, including static, mobile, average and traffic light cameras.
We give substantial discounts for bulk licenses and many companies are already prominently promoting our database online, in print and on the shelves as a major benefit for their SatNav products.
Might your company be interested to know this? Please pass the address of this page or our email address marketing @ PocketGPSWorld.com to the relevant decision maker within your company. Thank you. _________________ Robert Brady
A bit melodramatic perhaps?! How can using out of date speed camera data "damage their brand"? Worst case scenario - a couple of your employees might get a speeding ticket where they otherwise might have not have done. However that would in no way "damage their brand" as nobody would know apart from the employees themselves.

I think you may have misunderstood Nick (or I may not have written it clearly enough!). The database is not for employee's use, that would be a fleet license. The license I refer to above would be specifically for SatNav manufacturers/distributors/resellers to include with their devices that are sold to the public. _________________ Robert Brady
