I have just purchased one a nice bit of kit BUT if you use Windows Vista it will not support the downloading of updates only XP so the Tech boys at Panasonic have told me the updates are impossible to understand how to do them. I have crashed the unit and have had to re-install the CD.

Switch on switch off power down push this push that screen turns from blue to green what a crock.

Have you tried to update under Vista despite them telling you that it is not supported?
