TomTom 5 screen navigation doesn't work HTC Dual

Hi,

I've ran tomtom 5 on an spv for years. I've now upgraded to a HTC Touch dual and although I have tomtom and my gps unit both working I can't Manoeuvre around the tomtom screen.

I've seen details regarding this problem and installing SetJogBar and FakeCursor but I don't know how to set these up.

Anyone got tomtom 5 working on a HTC Touch Dual ?
