Can you do multi route planning on tomtom go and if not is the any other satnav that you can .

Depends exactly what you mean....

All TomToms except the bottom of the range one can do "Itinerary planning" where you prepare a list of waypoints or destinations to be travelled to in turn.

There are also PC applications (like "Tyre", which is now integrated into TomTom's own Home application) that allow you to prepare the itinerary in Google Maps or Google Earth and then download the file to the TomTom.

None of these are able to optimise a route between several destinations automatically.

I think Mios and iGo or Autoroute software will, as will the top of the range Garmin models (700?).
