NavSure 200i Problem.

I bought my NavSure 200i about 2 years ago, so it's out of guarantee.

When I turn it on, instead of the usual boot up screens, a blue screen comes up :

UTool Oscar90C R03 512MB

0=FlashRoom Upgrade
1=PS Tools
2=Other Tools
Choice : 1

Choosing Option 0, brings up this screen :

FlashRom Upgrade
0=WINCE by USB
1=UBoot by USB
2=UBoot by USB (Quickly)
3=UBoot by SD/MMC
4=UBoot by SD/MMC
5=Exit
Choice : 0

From the UTool Oscar90C R03 512MB menu, choosing Option 2=Other Tools, brings up :

GPS Tools
0=GPS Updating
1=GPS Test
2=Exit
Choice : 0



There are other screens, with similar options.
I've tried to press the Reset button on the side.
I've tried to re-load the software from the disc, but it won't have it.

Can someone explain what's gone wrong, & how I can fix the problem - would it be cheaper in fact, to buy a new sat nav?
