Viamichelin product support

I have an X-960 system which has been pretty unreliable as far as navigation is concerned. Now it appears the touch screen facility doesn't operate.

I've tried re-setting the system with no success. As the hardware is still under guarantee, I want to send the product back to viamichelin for repair. However, unless I'm missing something, neither the documentation accompanying the product, nor viamichelin's web sites seems to give information with regard to how to go about having a product examined and repaired.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried this, its from the VM help section on their website. Just enter contact in the help search box.

Thanks for that but from what I've read on the forums and elsewhere, telephoning viamichelin doesn't produce results. I am looking for a snail mail address for viamichelin.

I didn't realise their network had shut down, the phone support was normally excellent.
