Navman S50 3D: Remove search history and messages?

Hi,

Firstly, apologies if you're reading this twice. I already posted this on here, and had a topic reply notification, but when I go to the link, it says the topic doesn't exist. Sorry if I did something wrong!

Anyway, I bought an S50 3D, but don't like it, so wish to sell it on, rather than having the hassle of trying to return it, but want to remove all my personal data from it. I have deleted Favourites, and Recent, but can't see how to delete the search history, i.e. names of towns, citys, etc. Is there any way to do this? I also want to delete the stored text messages which I somehow managed to import from my phone, but can't find a way to do this either, other than manually deleting them one by one, and there's about 500!! Can anyone help, please?

the reply you received was because one of our moderators removed your duplicate post from public view but also replied to it to let the other mod's etc know why it was removed (ie it was a duplicate).
