confusing speed camera database

I previously had a tomtom one satnav and I used tomtom home to download speed cameras to my device and everything was automated. Now I have a Garmin nuvvi 760 sat nav. I have just subscribed to pocketworlds speed camera database and although I have read the documentation on the speed cameras I am that confused with the catagories and sub catagories that I now dont know what to do. Its a pity that there isnt a way to just connect my Garmin and download the speed camera warnings automatically like the tomtom satnavs.
Please can anyone help me. This is my first attempt at writing on a forum

I dont own a Garmin, I own a TomTom and it is quite easy....

But I assume you have read the guide HERE

And it appears there is a progam called POI Loader that you require...
Again this is explained in the above link.......
Failing that I would wait for someone who knows what they are talking about

Bogweed, where are you struggling? Download the database (I'd recommend Consolidated) and then use Garmin's POIloader to install. It's as simple as that?
