The best thing to do is visit the submissions page, select the camera and choose "Change existing camera", then enter the correct speed limit information.
edit - PS moved here from Membership Sign-up Problems in the hope that your query will receive a better response _________________ Andy

...alternatively, I've just looked around Portlethen and the cameras all appear to show as 70mph (fixed and mobile) - is it therefore possible that you have POI Loader set to km rather than miles?
If this is the case, you need to remove the cameras, change POI Loader to miles and re-install the cameras.
Details of the make/model of your GPS system would be helpful if this doesn't resolve the issue _________________ Andy

It was 40 due to roadwork. Its was 40 until Feb/March this year. Now back to 70. Hope this clears it up. |

If this is the case, then it definitely needs correcting via the submission page. Is this going to be picked up by somebody who knows the location? |

I think that's already been done - if you look at my previous post way back at the beginning of July, you'll see that the database appears to reflect the correct speed(s) as 70mph, not 40mph as temporarily enforced for the roadworks:
