As a newbie need advice if Tom Tom 930 is worth the money, reading posts and reviews and still cant make up my mind.

Only you can answer that. What do you need it for, what's your budget, what features do you value highest? Do you need the US mapping, remote control etc etc. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Dont really need USA mapping, but a lot of friends comment how they lose signals or GPS freeze up in major cities like London.
Holiday in Europe so Western Europe mapping is essential, i am torn between the 730 or 930.
Tom Tom from posts update mapping to purchase, although there appears to be a lot of post were users have problems downloading also issues when getting latest update after purchase. |

730 then. All modern GPS can handle built-up areas well so the EPt of the 930 isn't necessary. _________________ Darren Griffin |
