One XL

Well i've got my "new" One XL now which works fine but it wont connect to my pc.
I plug the USB lead in and it just keeps asking me if I want to connect to PC, I say yes then it switches off, restarts then asks me again and again and again. (Sounds like a Status Quo song) Very Happy

Hi

With device connected to PC Start Tomtom Home first on PC , then switch device on . My tomTom One XL will only work this way sometimes.

I've had the same problem a couple of times.

I found that removing the Card from the bottom of the unit, then replacing it works.

The XL doesn't need a card in although it does have a card slot. Anyway I've sorted it now, it was the USB lead causing the problems. Very Happy

It's not your fault that TomTom keep changing the specs, but leave the name the same! Rolling Eyes
