Hope someone can help with this. It's been driving me mad for ages.
I'm using a 920T with v7.221 still. Never tried to upgrade after the negative feedback.
I noticed some time ago that when I try to navigate to a crossing the one moment please... message comes up. I remember on one of the forums that a pin reset stops this.
Upon doing this I can navigate to a crossing but then find that I get the one moment please... message when I try to navigate to any of the POIs???
A pin reset and I can navigate to the POIs again but can't navigate to a crossing.................
Any help to get both working together appreciated. |

Hmmm.... I must admit, when I saw the title of your post in the index I was all poised to do a curt "its a known bug in v7.480, search for previous posts"
I don't THINK anyone has seen this on v7.221, has it always done it from new?
You could try a return to factory settings, if you don't mind re-doing all your personal settings afterwards. |

Thanks Andy,
I've been reading the posts re V7.480 so was aware of it there. One of the reasons I didn't upgrade.
Can't really recall when it started happening but pretty sure it was fine for the first 2 or 3 months I've been using it.
I've thought of doing the factory reset...what's the difference between doing that and re-installing by first back up? |

Good Question! And I'm not sure!
If you've got a "day one" back-up (well done...) I'd do another backup now (with Windows Explorer, not TT Home) and then try putting the first one back on the Go. |

Haven't got a day one I'm afraid....didn't start reading the forums until a couple of weeks of using the TT. But it's a back up within the first month's use.
Off on holiday and need to use it in Italy so will wait until I get back before trying the factory reset/restore backup options.
Anyone else had the same problem with V7.221? |
