Strawbs - your problem is a different one to mine, and mine fixed itself anyway.
However, I had exactly the same problem as you are having when I first got my ONE XL. Trying to find the solution was how I found this forum. You'll generally get 5 answers on here before TT support have even opened your email. |

| Mine seems to differ, can be quick, but after updating through home it can take a while. The biggest improvement is that now i only have to press the power button instead of holding it. |

That's OK....
Normal "switch on" is just bringing it out of "sleep" mode, but when disconnecting from Home, it will do a re-boot. |
