Strawbs - your problem is a different one to mine, and mine fixed itself anyway.

However, I had exactly the same problem as you are having when I first got my ONE XL. Trying to find the solution was how I found this forum. You'll generally get 5 answers on here before TT support have even opened your email.

Mine seems to differ, can be quick, but after updating through home it can take a while. The biggest improvement is that now i only have to press the power button instead of holding it.

That's OK....
Normal "switch on" is just bringing it out of "sleep" mode, but when disconnecting from Home, it will do a re-boot.
