I have the unfortunate pleasure of being able to confirm this site (added to the latest database but I hadn't updated my TomTom) is a legit site. Now waiting for the brown envelope. Confirmation available from the Staffordshire Council website:

Have you submitted it as a 'seen again' entry? If not you should as that is the correct way to submit new and seen again cameras.

Ah OK, I have now. I started the process to enter it as a new site and it was already there, I didn't look at the drop down menu. Thought there must be a better way, now I know!
